Thermal barrier coating
(High-temperature resistant)

High-temperature resistant,heat insulation,energy-saving.

Applied on high-temperature objects to save energy,such as boiler,hot pipe,concrete,steel tank,millboard tank,oil tank,heat exchanger,furnace ,and so on .


Main parameters:
1. No bad smell both in normal temperature and high temperature environment .
2.Temperature resistance from-80℃ to 1800℃.(For different purpose, there are Two types . the first one from-80℃ to 800℃,whose specific gravity is 1000kg/m3.the second one from from-80℃ to 1800℃, whose specific gravity is 1800kg/m3).
3. heat conductivity  only 0.03W/m.K., inhibit and shield the radiant heat ,thermal shield rate more than 90%
4. Applied on high temperature objects, could inhibit the heat radiation and heat diffusion , saving the energy , and keep the high temperature objects don’t lose heat .
5.Applied on low-temperature objects,keep the objects in a low temperature, avoid heating by it’s surround environment, also can prevent it from condensation .

After Testing , we have below conclusion:

Use the coating on these objects, could effectively protect the objects from thermal radiation and heat loss . such as : high temperature pipe,furnace(interior and exterior), tanker’s surface.
1. Painting 8mm thickness coating on 1100℃ object ,its surface temperature will reduce to 150℃.

2. Painting  6mm thickness coating on surface of hearth and furnace(interior and exterior) , the heat loss will reduce more than 30%. 

3. It’s smoother than any other material when applying the coating on the interior wall of hearth or furnace,the smoother wall will have better flame infrared reflect ablility, which shall reduce the wall’s absorb heat, finally increase the flame tmeprature in the furnace(before place the order, let us know the fuel of furnace) .

4. Painting 10mm thickness coating on the box whose temperature is -30℃ ,the interior temperature of the box shall no higher than 0℃ within 24 hours.

5. Because there is no Chloride ion in coating, so after applying the coating, the wet air and wet chloride and sulfide can’t touch with the metal through the coating layer,then protect the metal from corrosion .

6. Because the coating layer have good wear resistance and impact resistance ability. So the coating can be used on  flue,  air channel and wind shield, etc.
  
7. This coating have excellent insulating ability when it’s temperature is high .

8. No bad odors, and it will neither deform nor decompose under on high temperature.

Product Features: High-temperature resistant thermal insulating , water resistance, crack control, fire resistance, sound insulation, flame resistance, insulating, wear resistance, resistance to aid and alkali, easy to application and long useful time.

1. Adiathermancy: Can prevent the heat transfer efficiently, and keeps the inherent temperature and energy of the object consistently, such as, heat insulation, heat preservation, cold insulation and the freezing prevention, etc.

2. Adhesion:  with the strong adhesion stress, the coating sticks to the object completely, and it attaches on the surface of the object firmly.

3. Resistance to Elasticity: the coating can prevent the base material from the expansion and contraction caused by heat or cold under the different temperatures. The coating has fine characters of tensile strength and elasticity.

4. Harmfulness: the coating has no odors. And the coating neither contains nor produces the harmful VOC material composition, carcinogenic substance and other harmful polymers, decomposition products and by-products.

5. Stability: the chemical properties of the coating are stable. The coating won’t react with any material, and it won’t be influenced by acid, alkali or corrosive substance.

6. The coating layer have good wear resistance and impact resistance ability,if the coating will be applied on wear and tear environment ,such as flue, air channel and wind shield ,should let us know before place the order.

7. Excellent Toughness: the coating can prevent the crack caused by destruction in use efficiently.

Application attention:

1. After applying 1~20 times, The final thickness of coating layer should be from 0.3 mm to 20mm .The thickness of coating layer should be different for different purpose . . The perfect apply condition is when the equipment’s surface temperature is 15℃~ 60℃.when one machine or equipment is running, can’t use the coating directly on it .

2. Before applying the coating,wash the rust, greasy dirt and the dust on the surface of the equipment. It is suggested brush a seal coat first if there is a possible of water seepage .
3. Decide the thickness according to the insulation effect which you want to get. The thickness of first coat layer is about 0.3mm, and the later ones can be more than 0.5mm. The following applying should be operated after the previous one is dry. Use a thickness tester to test the thickness of coating.

4. If customers have special requirement, the coating coule be brushed on the inorganic primer paint, but the coating can’t be painted on the organic primer directly.

5. The high-temperature equipments can’t be started up until the coating on them completely curing.

Application process:

High-temperature resistant thermal insulating coating has the character of simple construction. You can apply the painting by brush, roller, spray gun. If you choose spray method, the spray gun should be airless high-pressure spray gun.

1. Open the barrel and stir uniformly.Stir time more than 2minutes.

2. Derusting and clean the grease for the equipment,then applying coating directly.(smooth surface need primer.)

3. The rest coating shall be sealed and kept in normal temperature warehoue.

4. The spraying equipments and tools should be washed with clear water in time.


Heat dissipation coating


Introduction:
 

  1.   Heat dissipation coating which could be applied on objects , and help heat dissipation,then reduce their surface temperature.
      
2. Applied on:Objects which need to reduce temperature of itself . Such as CPU of computer ,LED lamp, electrical appliances, cabinets, wires and cables, radiator, fans, heat pipes, textiles, tanks, industrial equipment, building, transport Equipment and so on. Brushing coating directly on the high temperature part. 

3. Working temperature -50--450℃.

4.When application,brushing the coating directly on the objects, and the coating could take the heat of objects away in a 8-13.5μm wavelength infrared,then reduce the temperature of objects(both inner and outside).

5. This coating also work in a vacuum environment.

6.Also have other function , such as  self-cleaning,heat insulation,corrosive-resistant,waterproof,antiacid,easy to apply . 

  

Also could be applied on
2. Closed space where need heat exchange with outside . Such as inside of vacuum furnace, vacuum radiator,vacuum pipe ,vacuum dryers, heat-exchanger.Brushing coating directly on such objects, achieve a aim of reducing their surface temperature, and make the temperature of surrounding environment higher .


3.Objects don’t have high conductivity,such as plastic,rubber,PVC,ceramic,cement,
cloth,leather,paper,glass,wood etc. Bushing coating directly on such objects, speed up heat exchange .  

   
4. Objects have requirements of temperature down, water-proof ,and heat-insulation .(
Like metal,fibre) 



Solar Reflective Heat insulating roof coating

Solar reflective,heat insulation,mainly applied on roof,walls, oil tanks,pipes,or some other objects to save energy ,it’s also named roof insulation coating,tank insulation coating.

For different purpose, RLHY1 have two types,TERMO13BA is for roof ,only reflet sunshine. TERMOCB both for roof and walls to reflect sunshine and insulate the heat.

TERMO belongs to one type of the energy-saving thermal insulation coating,It’s inorganic water-based paint,has a white slurry shape.After solidifying, it’s specific gravity only 0.46g/ml.

  TERMO is new heat-reflection thermal insulation coating, has features of heat insulation,waterproof,fire prevention,anti-corrosion.Heat reflection rate more than 90%,  could reflect a lot of infrared. This coating has a thermal conductivity of 0.04W/m.Kso could prevent the infrared from heating the object and inhibit the thermal conduct from the sun and the infrared, then have a thermal insulation rate 90%.
    
 

Applied Case
1. In the open air after application,reduce oil tank’s surface temperature about 30%.the biggest surface temperature reduction more than 20℃,tank internal surface temperature reduce more than 5℃.
2. Apply TERMO on hot pipes to heat insulation ,waterproof, nti-leakage .
3. Apply TERMO on metal to prevent the metal from react with air and water,and prevent the metal from corrosion.
4.  Apply TERMO to prevent condensation.
 5. Apply TERMO for thermal insulation purpose, ould save 90% of losted energy.
 6. Paint on the outdoor equipment, it’s waterproof and thermal reflection, reduce the temperature of the equipment.

  Inorganic corrosion resistant coating,also named corrosion resistance coating corrosion protection coating,or protective coating. The corrosion resistant coating layer have very high anti-corrosion ablility ,  it’s also wear-resistant and impact resistant.This coating have two types, one is normal temperature corrosion resistant coating,the other one is high temperature corrosion resistance coating.
